Abstract

The Effect of Learning Model Arias and Numerical Aptitude Toward Mathematical Concept Comprehension of Students Based on the analysis of data was obtained (1) There are differences in the understanding of mathematical concepts among students who follow ARIAS learning model with learners who followed the conventional learning model class VIII SMP Negeri 3 Tembuku year 2015/2016 . (2) There is an interaction between the learner and the learning model ARIAS numerical aptitude of students to the students’ comprehension of math concepts in class VIII SMP Negeri 3 Tembuku year 2015/2016. (3) There are differences in student’s comprehension of mathematical concepts that have a high numerical aptitude among students who follow ARIAS learning model with learners who followed the conventional learning models in academic year 2015/2016. (4) There is no difference in the student’s comprehension of mathematical concepts that have a low numerical aptitude among students who follow ARIAS learning model with learners who followed the conventional learning models in academic year 2015/2016.

Abstract

Influence Of Hay Infusion In Ovitrap To The Number Of Aedes Sp’s Eggs Trapped Control of the mosquito Aedes sp can be done with mechanical control is using ovitrap which already contain hay infusion. Hay infusion for a week will produce carbon dioxide gas, ammonia gas and octenol can stimulate the olfactory mosquitoes to lay eggs on ovitrap. This study aims to determine the effect of water immersion on ovitrap straw against dengue fever mosquito (Aedes sp) are trapped, and to know the concentration of the soaking water most excellent hay and obtain the maximum number of eggs of Aedes sp trapped. This study included experimental studies using completely andomized design with a pattern of "the post-test only control group design". The population in this study were all female Aedes sp. In this study conducted 4 times repetition. Where in each of the replications composed of 5 treatments and 1 control. Treatments consisted of different concentrations consisting of 5 percentage straw soaking water concentrations are: 20%, 40%, 60%, 80%, 100%. Data obtained by counting the number of eggs of Aedes sp trapped in ovitrap during the week. Based on the results of data analysis using Variant Analysis (ANOVA) 1 lane, This shows that Fhitung> Ftabel the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Hi) is received, it means "There are influence of hay infusion in ovitrap to the number of aedes sp’s eggs trapped". The LSD shows the difference in value of the average number of eggs of Aedes sp trapped in each treatment is greater than BNT 1% which means the difference is highly significant value

Abstract

Implementation of the Strategy Learning Start with a Question (LSQ ) to Enhance the Activity and Learning Achievement of Grade X AP2 SMK Triatma Jaya Badung Academic Year 2013-2014. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the application of learning strategies Learning Start With A Question can increase the activity and achievements of learners class Triatma Jaya Badung XAP2 vocational school year 2013/2014. This type of research is a classroom action research (PTK), with research subjects all students of class X AP 2 SMK Triatma Jaya Badung totaling 28 people. The method used in the processing of the data is descriptive statistical analysis method, while the learners' learning activity data collected by the observation sheet and analyzed using descriptive statistics. This esearch was conducted in two cycles, with the average yield learning activities obtained at the beginning of 14.53 observation study continued to the first cycle with the use of active learning model type LSQ and gained an average of 15.25 and further activity is aximized at cycle II with an average gain of 16.42 and categorized active. By applying active learning model types Learning Start With A Question (LSQ) in the first cycle and the average results obtained 76.78, 76.78% absorption and classical completeness of 82.1%, and if converted into PAP ( valuation benchmark reference) categorized quite good, while to maximize the action in the first cycle, proceed to the second cycle and gained an average of 85.12, 85.12% absorption and classical completeness of 92.8%.

Abstract

The Effect of Talking Stick Learning Model Assisted by Mind Map on Learning Outcomes Biology The role of educators as an information center slowly shifting to become a facilitator, mediator, and friends to share information so as to materialize the success rate of higher learning. However, the fact that the learning outcomes are achieved biology learners still low. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect talking stick-assisted learning model mind map to the learning outcomes of students of class X biology IPA at SMAN 1 Abiansemal the academic year 2013/2014. type of quasi-experimental research (quasi experiment). The independent variables were included talking stick-assisted learning model mind map that is worn on the experimental group and learning by conventional methods imposed in the control group. The dependent variable in this study is the result of study biology. The data required in the form of biological learning outcomes obtained using instruments such as biology achievement test, then the data were analyzed by t-test. The analysis showed t count = 3.748 and t table = 1.980 means that t count> t-table can be interpreted reject Ho and accept H1, which states that there is influence learning model talking stick aided mind map on learning outcomes biology learners class IPA X SMAN 1 Abiansemal the academic year 2013/2014.

Abstract

The Influence of Motivation, Learning Behavior, and the Quality of Teaching on Learning Outcomes of the Introduction to Basic Mathematics to Students Majoring in Mathematics Education IKIP PGRI Bali Introduction of basic mathematics is one of the elementary subjects for students majoring in mathematics education. As one of the basic subjects, sometimes students do not understand the contents of the lecture. Failure to achieve the desired target and the obstacles in the lecture caused by several factors, both originating from inside (internal) or outside (external) selfesteem, as well as the factor of learning approach. The aim of this research was to determine the influence of the quality of teaching, motivation and behavioral learning on learning outcomes of basic introductory math courses either simultaneously or partially. This study is a correlational study conducted at the students majoring in mathematics education on semester one at the IKIP PGRI Bali, with a sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. Based on the analysis found that the quality of teaching, motivation and learning behavior simultaneously has no effect on learning outcomes of the course introduction to basic mathematics. However, only the motivation to learn have partially affect the learning outcomes of the course introduction to basic mathematics. Based on these results, the teaching faculty is expected to increase student motivation. Students are expected to participate actively in the learning process and encourage motivation in itself because of the presence of internal motivation within themself, then consciously thrust of these students will be the power to conduct learning activities.

Abstract

Relationship between Emotional Intelligence, Self-Learning and Creativity with Mathematic Learning Result of 10th Grade Students in SMA N. 1 Sukawati. This research aims to determine relationship between emotional intelligence, selflearning and creativity with mathematic learning result of 10th grade students in SMA Negeri 1 Sukawati. This research was korelational research. Population of this research were 381 students (10 classes) of 10th grade SMA Negeri 1 Sukawati. The technique of sampling was using multi stage random sampling which the classes that were randomized. The result of randomizing was obtained the research sample consisted of two classes (73 students). Data of emotional intelligence, self-learning and creativity were collected through the administration of questionnaires, while the data of mathematics learning outcomes was collected through the administration of evaluation tests on daily tests of mathematic. Data were analyzed using simple regression and multiple regression. The results showed that: 1). There was significant relationship between emotional intelligence with mathematic learning resultof 10th grade students in SMA Negeri 1 Sukawati. 2). There was significant relationship between self-learning with mathematic learning resultof 10th grade students in SMA Negeri 1 Sukawati. 3) There was significant relationship between creativity with mathematic learning resultof 10th grade students in SMA Negeri 1 Sukawati. 4) There were significant relationship between emotional intelligence, self-learning and creativity with mathematic learning resultof 10th grade students in SMA Negeri 1 Sukawati.

Abstract

The Relationship Between The Value of Assignment and The Activity in The Class to Students Final Semester Examination Value in The Analysis of Mathematics Lecterature at IKIP PGRI Bali in 2015/2016 Curriculum is a set of planning and knowledge concerning to content and lesson, the methode as well functioning as guidance of studying-teaching activity performance. Curriculum is the tool functioning to achevive aducation goal. The student as teacher candidates are obligated to comprehend curriculum applied in present time. In the process of studying, some problems caused by some factors either from internal or external of the students themselves are often found. The aim expected in this study or paper is to know the relationship between assignment value and student activities in the class to final semester examination value. This study aimed to know how far the influence I between free variabel and bound variabel to mathematic curriculum. Examined to the fourth semester mathematics students of IKIP PGRI Bali by taking purposive sampling. The data analysis were used by using double linear registrasi similarity. Based on analysis data, it was found that the value of student assignment and the activity in the class simultaneously influenced to final semester examination value of SMA curriculum mathematics approach lecture. And the activity in the class had higher influence than the student assignment value. Based on the such result, before the student. When to the field to teach, the student were obligated to make assignment and activity in the class hopely, the could make planing of the study based on the syllabus matched whit the effective curriculum in the practice of teaching in the field.

Abstract

Learning Material Development Linear Equation System One and Two Variables instrument based on Realistic Mathematics Education oriented to Blended Learning. This study is aimed to material education the Linear Equation System One and Two Variables instrument based on Realistic Mathematics Education oriented to Blended Learning is order to improve student, activity dan student achievement. This present study is was development. In this study, the Linear Equation System One and Two Variables learning a Student Book, Teacher Guidebook and Lesson Plan are developed. This research was conducted at SMK N 1 Denpasar. The method used are observation, questionnaire, and test methods. In this study the validation sheet, observation sheets as enforceability of study, questionnaire as responses of students and teachers, observation sheet for students’ learning activity, and achievement test are alers mind. The data have been collected by descriptive processed. In this study, the instrument for learning Linear Equation System One and Two Variables that are validity, practically, and effectively.

Abstract

The Formation of Character and Logical Thinking Skills of Students through the learning of Mathematics-based Scientific This article aim to examine the role of mathematics conceptually based scientific in character building and the ability to think logically. Characteristics of mathematics as deductive science and integrated already contain character rules such as; honestly, objectivity, responsibility, thoroughness, perseverance, cooperation, independence and creative. Mathematics as deductive science could use as vehide to train logical thinking, rational, systematic and consistant also obey the principle. Mindset like this is very usefull as a basic of scientific thinking, studying the exact sciences and other social sciences. Through scientific mathematics learning, student’s ability in problem solving and find the patterns also innovate will be trained.

Abstract

The Effect Of Interest, Self Confidence, And Creativity Learning Toward Mathematical Learning Outcomes The main purpose of this research was to know about interest, self confidence, and creativity learning and their effect toward mathematical learning outcomes. This reaserch classified to ex post facto research. The population of this research was student tenth grade of SMA Negeri 1 Sukawati as many as 381 students. The sample was determined by simple random sampling technique with randomization was done to class not to individual. Data was collected by interest questionnaire, self confidence questionnaire, creativity learning questionnaire, and mathematical study result test. Data was analyzed by path analysis. The result of research indicate that: 1)interest have direct effect toward mathematical learning outcomes, 2) self confidence have direct effect toward mathematical learning outcomes, 3) creativity learning have direct effect toward mathematical learning outcomes, 4) self confidence have direct effect toward creativity learning, and interest, 5) self confidence, and creativity learning have direct effect simultaneously toward mathematical learning outcomes. Based on this result of research, the teacher should comprehend that difference of internal aspect who the student have influence their way to comprehend the teacher directive so teacher expected able to give motivation the student for increase the internal aspect in order that mathematical study result be increased.
